Details Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and check-in to Hotel
On landing your flight on TIA Nepal, there will be a warm welcome for you, Our representative of Everest Trekking Routes. will be waiting for your arrival. You will be shifted to a place of accommodation. With a rest of some time, a brief description of the upcoming program is done with your guide.
Day 02: Full Day Sightseeing Tour of Kathmandu Valley
The first day of Nepal tour starts with sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. Having our breakfast we move to Pashupatinath. It is the most known holiest temple of Lord Shiva. Spending a little time we move to Bauddhanath (Little Tibet). Our next destination is Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple). Visiting all this we will move to Kathmandu (Basantpur) Durbar Square, the final destination. Lastly, we will be back to our hotel and make preparation for the next program.
Day 03: Drive to Sundarijal and Trek to Chisapani (2300m) – 5 Hours
Starting our trek, we will have a short drive up to sundarijal. We go to the north east of Kathmandu valley. From here we start our trekking. Climbing uphill through Shivapuri National Park we will pass through several villages. Continuously walking about 3 hours we will reach Chisapani to spend our night.
Day 04: Chisopani to Kutumsang (2446m) – 7 Hours
Waking up early morning, we can enjoy glorious views of surrounding with our breakfast. Then we will be ready to continue our journey. Kutumsang is our today’s destination. Gulbhanjyang Sherpa, Tamang and Gurung settlement is our walking destination. Crossing jungle and terraced fields we will be in Kutumsang.
Day 05: Kutumsang to Tharepati (3650m) – 6 Hours
Our today’s walking destination is Tharepati. Having our breakfast we resume our walk. Climbing up the steep & eroded trail we pass through a forest of rhododendron and fir. Beautiful sunset in Jugal Himal & Numbur Himal ranges of Solukhumbu will be so much impressed on reaching Tharepati.
Day 06: Tharepati to Tarkegyang (2560m) – 6 Hours
First of all, we go slightly downward. Finishing our downward climb we start our climb. Walking in the zigzag trial we can enjoy spectacular views of some Annapurna & Everest regions. Walking in forests of pine & rhododendron, we reach tiny settlement of Tarkegyang. Here we can visit the oldest Buddhist Monasteries & Sherpa villages.
Day 07: Tarkegyang to Sermathang (2610m) – 4 Hours
Early morning having our breakfast we will be ready to our next destination Sermathang. Our trail goes through flat land. Passing through beautiful forests & small streams we reach Shermathang. Here we can have a short visit on the beautiful village. We will be offered with several ancient monasteries.
Day 08: Sermathang to Melamchi Pul Bazaar – 4 Hours
Our today’s walk is the last walk of our trek. Walking through the main trial of meadows and cultivated fields we will cross many old villages. We can observe quite pleasant views of great mountains from our track. Reaching on Melamchi Pul Bazaar we make preparation to return back to Kathmandu.
Day 09: Drive from Melamchi Pul Bazaar to Kathmandu
It is our time to return back to Kathmandu. We will return back through different highway. We will be pleased with the houses and greenery of the highway. In around 4 hours we will be at Kathmandu. We will be shifted to our hotel which will end our trek. We can spend our leisure time on visiting the valley.
Day 10: Final Departure
Spending a last night at Kathmandu, we will be ready to return back to home land. Small farewell program is organized for your team. Management of returning back and departure is made by our team. Hope you will be back to Nepal to visit the remaining side of beautiful Nepal.
